Dionix eSign allows you and your users to electronically sign documents and entities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and safely and securely store your e-signatures within the system. Each of the signatures is stored with an expiry date so that it can easily be deleted periodically based on your GDPR and data retention policies.
This app is a must have for businesses that want to reduce the amount of paper they use and also allows for direct signature input without the need for postage. The eSign link can be used by internal staff and external clients and can be used on the following set of standard documents.
